Our standard
We aim for our Site to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people who are blind or have low vision, are deaf or hard of hearing, or have mobility, cognitive or other disabilities.
What we are doing
- designing pages with sufficient color contrast, readable text sizes and clear headings;
- providing text alternatives for meaningful images, including product photos;
- supporting keyboard navigation and screen readers throughout browsing and checkout;
- labeling forms clearly and describing errors in text;
- providing captions for videos where available; and
- reviewing the Site periodically, including when we add new features.
Known limitations
Some content provided by third parties — such as embedded social media posts, maps in our store locator, or payment pages hosted by our payment processor — may not be fully within our control. We work with our partners to improve accessibility where we can.
